How to wake up early?

Over the past years I always wondered how people wake up so early. I thought working late at night is worthy. But soon I realized that it affects the health and you feel weak throughout the day. So, I found some effective ways to wake up early.

  • Eat your dinner at eight
  • Go to sleep at 10
  • Put your alarm in 10 minutes in sequence from the time you want to wake up
  • Wake up and complete your Salah
  • Do something useful
  • Or just think what you will do throughout the day
